Standard Shipping Estimates
UK: FIRST CLASS & SIGNED – 1-2 days once posted.
Europe: INTERNATIONALLY TRACKED & SIGNED – 5-8 days once posted.
Worldwide: INTERNATIONALLY TRACKED & SIGNED – 8-15 days once posted.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, we can arrange a courier service at an extra cost if you desire to have this service.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to keep you updated.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please note that any orders outside of the UK will be subject to customs charges, liable to be paid by the customer. All necessary customs forms will be sent to the email address provided during your order from the customs of the delivery country, not from TDS. We know some of these email end up in your junk inbox so be sure to check there too!
RETURNS
Damages/Lost Items
TDS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Due to the craftsmanship of all TDS garments, our policy lasts 3 days. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your item, if you wish to return. If 3 days have gone by since receiving purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you have purchased an item made to order, including personalisation / customisation, we are unable to refund / exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
