PODCAST! A word which we hear A LOT recently. My first experience of a (kind of) Podcast was listening to talking-books as a child! Long car journeys, bedtime stories, basically whenever I needed a distraction or some sort of easy entertainment. I pretty much use podcasts for the exact same reason now! As I’ve grown older, I really have a lot to thank for them. Podcast’s provide so much vital information, entertainment and comfort .. but most importantly, there are many topics out there which are extremely relatable.

The founding of Mind Over Natter comes from a much deeper reason than being just ‘another podcast’. I am known for building up our brand, TDS. I am so insanely proud of what my amazing Mum and I have achieved and the success we have had.

This comes down to YOU! Our incredible followers, fans and friends who have been with us throughout our journey. TDS is my absolute world. However, like most people in life, there is always more to that person and their story. I am so happy to finally bring Mind Over Natter to life with one of my most dearest friends, Lois who I met during university. Lois has been there throughout the TDS journey. She has seen me flourish and fail, and has never ever left my side. Lois and I will both be interviewing our guests and you will even get to hear her story…

However, I’ve come to realise that feeling the way I sometimes feel and having down days is something completely acceptable and completely normal.

Mind over Natter will provide an insight to the real and honest tales of what it takes to grow and flourish when we are faced with life’s unforeseen trials and the affect it has on our wellbeing and mental health. We have some INCREDIBLE guests lined up and we can’t wait for you to hear…
